Ever find that some foods just don't sit right with you? 🤔 It might be histamine intolerance.

Our bodies normally use histamines to manage immune responses and regulate essential functions. However, if we lack sufficient DAO enzymes to break down histamines, this can lead to symptoms like headaches and digestive issues.

Avoiding foods high in histamines can often alleviate symptoms, but when they persist, it's crucial to dig deeper to understand what's really happening.

Other factors contributing to histamine intolerance might include:
