This is honestly the best gluten-free bread I’ve This is honestly the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever made! Here’s the recipe: 1. Take one whole packet of organic buckwheat and rinse it thoroughly until the water runs clear. 2. Soak the buckwheat overnight in a bowl of water. 3. The next day, drain the mixture and place it in a Thermomix (or similar blender). Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. 4. Add one teaspoon of salt and transfer the mixture back into a bowl. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it ferment for 8 hours. 5. Preheat your oven to 160°C. Pour the fermented mixture into a baking pan and bake for about 1.5 hours. The result is unbelievable—enjoy!
